• Choose a song from the list provided below
• Choreograph an audition piece for 30-60 seconds to your song of choice.
• You can write the timestamp of where you would like the song to begin on your audition form if you prefer not starting at the beginning.
• You will perform your audition piece on a stage in front of the dance directors.
• The song you select on your audition form will be played for you.
• Once you arrive, you will fill out an audition form, be given a number to pin on
  and ushered to an audition waiting area
• Parents are allowed to sit in the back of the auditorium only during their child’s audition

• OTHER INFORMATION:
• If chosen as a Lead Angel, you will be assigned a Partner Angel Dancer and one of the songs above.
• You will choreograph the dance to meet your partners dance ability and teach them the dance.
• You will be assigned ONE performance night unless we need you for both nights and you are willing. On your assigned performance night, you and your partner will dance outside in the cold 6-7 times. After your dance, you will go inside to warm up before dancing again.
• You will be responsible for contacting your partner dancer to schedule practices with them and keep them informed when and where to attend practice.

BEGINNER DANCER AUDITION – All Ages

*You DO NOT need to choreograph an audition piece

• Simple choreography to a song will be taught on site to a group of dancers.
• Two dancers will audition on stage together at a time.
• Wear comfortable clothing. If you already have dance/ballet attire you can wear that for auditions
• Once you arrive, you will fill out an audition form, be given a number to pin on and parents/dancers will be ushered to the group dance location.
• Parents are allowed to sit in the back of the auditorium during their child’s audition

• OTHER INFORMATION:
• If chosen as a Partner Angel, you will be partnered with a Lead Angel Dancer.
• The Lead Angel will choreograph and teach you the dance.
• You will be assigned ONE performance night. On your assigned performance night, you and your partner will dance outside in the cold 6-7 times. After your dance, you will go inside to warm up before dancing again.
• Your Lead Angel Partner will contact you to schedule Practice times.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 19TH

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 20TH

LEAD ANGEL

• You will be assigned a Partner Angel Dancer.
• You will choreograph and teach your partner the dance.
• You will be assigned ONE performance night unless we need your for more. On your assigned performance night, you and your partner will dance outside in the cold 6-7 times. After your dance, you will go inside to warm up before dancing again.
• You will be responsible for contacting your partner dancer to schedule practices with them and keep them informed when the attend practice.
• You will need to provide your own warm white thermal underclothing layers & ballet shoes (white, nude or light pink)Long White Dress and Head Scarf will be provided.

DANCE SCHEDULE

You will need to meet with your assigned dance partner every week leading up to the event. This can be at the church during the practice schedule below or on your own time at a home or studio. There are less weeks this year, so please plan consistient practices accordingly to be prepared for the show in 5 weeks.
NOTE: If you decide to practice on your own schedule, Miah needs to see you at least once in November & once in December
